Harbor Disability Law

A relationship built on trust.

At Harbor Disability Law, we understand that navigating elder law, estate planning, and Social Security disability matters requires more than just legal expertise—it demands a trusted partner who knows your community and understands your unique needs. Founded by Jason Quick, a proud native of Southwest Florida and Charlotte High School graduate, our firm is deeply rooted in the community we serve.

Our mission is simple yet profound: to develop close, lasting relationships with our clients that enable us to provide the comprehensive protection they deserve. We help individuals and families obtain the best possible care while safeguarding their hard-earned assets from creditors, including Medicaid estate recovery. Every client's situation is unique, and we take the time to understand your specific circumstances, concerns, and goals.

Legal help for life.

Our Vision

Unlike generic online document services that offer one-size-fits-all solutions, we recognize that effective estate planning and elder law require personalized attention and deep legal knowledge. Those seemingly inexpensive online wills and forms often fail to address the complex realities of Florida law and can ultimately cost families far more in legal complications, lost assets, and emotional distress. At Harbor Disability Law, we provide comprehensive legal strategies tailored to protect what matters most to you.
