The right Experience

Attorney Quick's interest in estate planning and probate began in law school at Wake Forest University, where he participated in the Elder Law clinical training program, drafting wills, power of attorney documents, health care advance directives, and other necessary documents for low-income seniors. He also designed a set of documents providing seniors with advice on how to respond to incidences of identity theft and provided Medicaid planning advice for long term care qualification. He achieved the highest grade in the program and was awarded the prestigious CALI book award for his efforts.

Attorney Quick has over seven years of experience as an attorney for the United States Government working for the Social Security Administration. His assignments included handling all aspects of administrative appeals in Social Security matters, including applications for Disability Insurance, Medicare/Medicaid, and Supplemental Security Income.  In addition, Attorney Quick was involved in training and mentoring new attorneys in the federal government and provided legal support to Agency management officials in labor and employment matters.  Attorney Quick served in both Baltimore, MD at Social Security headquarters and Philadelphia, PA at the Mid-Atlantic Regional Office.

In addition to his seven years of public service as an attorney with the federal government, Attorney Quick has over six years of experience as private practice attorney helping clients and is well-qualified to help with your Social Security disability claim or estate planning needs.
